I had wonderful time here.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - within a close distance from a long-standing department store. The room was updated, stunning and had a refrigerator, climate control, and an individual safe.

Personnel was really good and very welcoming!

Had great and incredible location in the associated restaurant, a minute walk from Citi Bike.

Exceptionally good views, brilliant location adjacent to all major attractions in NYC, the Garden, Empire state and walking distance. 10 minutes walk from Times Square. Stunning and absolutely fantastic unit with a great decor. Simple check in and late check out.

The hotel is wonderful and has incredible staff. New-fashioned and beautifully designed rooms, reasonably priced, with now kitchen and double bed, for example. Great to have an attached restaurant for the new bar and restaurant.

The hotel had a great location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Citi Bike. We ate at a pleasant restaurant for the new bar and restaurant when completed.

The location was great and brilliant for walking around a long-standing department store. The bus stop was 200 metres away. Overall it was absolutely stunning and fantastic for 2 double beds.

It was stylish and fairly clean hotel with an attached restaurant. The location was nice - short walk to mainstream areas in Midtown, Chelsea, Hudson yards and Central Park, Garment District, near the 34th Street and Penn Station and being close to the subway. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from Times Square. The service offered was good. Moreover, I parked nearby.

We really enjoyed being there. Had comfortable stay for short visit and the weather was wonderful. The room was stunning and absolutely fantastic with comfy beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

It was fantastic, exceptional and with 2 beds. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, a multi-purpose indoor arena was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Amazing service, although a few employees were very slow. We had an a double room for 2 double beds. This hotel was located in a central area just off times square and empire state and being close to the subway. Furthermore, also very close to all major attractions in NYC.

Thank you all for a really comfortable stay for short visit. The restaurant was nice for the new bar and restaurant here, I had freshly cooked dishes. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a large bathroom.

Facilities were modern, nevertheless Wi-Fi was slow.

The hotel was what I truly enjoyed during the weekend. The weather was wonderful, had comfortable stay for short visit. The location was great and stunning and the public parking was nearby. The fact that 34th Street-Penn tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

Some people working there were poor.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - I could easily walk to Times Square, Broadway, and the Javits Center. The staff was amazing - from the moment I arrived, they were warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me with everything I needed, from restaurant recommendations to getting a taxi during rush hour. The room was great - the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful, even giving us extra towels. the service was excellent and I had a wonderful stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is perfect with many attractions within walking distance.
